Day 1: Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi transfer to your hotel. This afternoon you will proceed on a sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi, visiting the Qutub Minar, tallest stone tower in India, Taj Ghat and the Red Fort & Jama Masjid. You drive past the imposing India gate and the Rashtrapati Bhavan. The evening is at leisure or take an optional tour to the Red Fort for the second & light show.
Day 2: Delhi - Agra
This morning you will be transferred by road to the Mughal city of Agra ( 206 kms / 3.5 hrs). This afternoon you visit the Agra Fort, build by the great Emperor Akbar and the spectacular Taj Mahal, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.
Day 3: Agra - Jaipur
Early this morning you will be transferred by road to the pink city of Jaipur (221 kms . 5 hrs), enroute you will visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted red sandstone city built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar. Proceed to your hotel with the rest of the day at leisure Or take an optional tour of the ethnic Rajasthani village of Chokhi Dhani.
Day 4: Jaipur
This morning visit the Amber fort, built in the 16th century, enjoy an elephant ride at amber. Drive past the Hawa Mahal, and visit the City Palace and museum,
walk to the adjacent Jantar Mantar Observatory.
Day 5: Depart Jaipur
Transfer to airport / railway station OR transfer by road to Delhi (256 kms / 5 hrs).

Jaipur Jaipur, the vibrant capital city of Rajasthan, is situated at an altitude of 431 meters above sea level. Jaipur is popularly known as the "Pink city" as some of the buildings in the old city are in pink color. Jaipur city is a visitor's delight. Amber which is about 11 km from Jaipur. Amber was the ancient capital of Kachhawaha dynasty for 6 centuries before it was moved to newly created Jaipur. We will ascend to the Palace Fortress on the back of an Elephant. Enroute to Amber we visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), built in 1799 AD, it contains 953 small casements with each having its own balcony. The windows enabled cool air to circulate and the ladies to watch processions below without being seen. In the afternoon we visit the City Palace which is still the formal residence of the royal family, built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. In the museum of the city palace we visit the private collection of the Jaipur Maharajas. Then we have a walk through the colourful Bazaar of Jaipur and visit a factory to see the famous block printing work being done since centuries in Jaipur. We continue to Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, the largest of Jai Singh's five remarkable observatories. Its complex instruments reveals us the secrets of medieval Indian astronomy. In the evening we drive through the new city of Jaipur and visit “Laxmi Narayan Mandir”, a Hindu temple made out of white marble. We might have an opportunity here to observe a prayer ceremony. Today we have dinner with a presentation of Indian music and dance.
